A Michigan native, Julia Halpin accepted a gift from her brother which ultimately changed her life following breast cancer diagnosis. Unsure whether she truly wanted to LIVE after the diagnosis, Julia’s now a volunteer facilitator at the Sisters HOPE retreats, a mentor with Imerman Angels, and (along with her beloved cat) takes time to visit hospice patients in hopes of bringing them comfort and a smile. Julia’s story of hope encourages you to believe in yourself first so you can inspire others to create your new journey and ultimately your 2nd Act.
